This amount will be deducted from your bill. Please pay the remaining amount at reception on the day of departure.

2. location requirements

Where possible and subject to availability, we will consider your preferred location within our campsite. However, we reserve the right to allocate the final pitch. Please make any extensions to your stay at reception in good time and without being asked. Only the campsite administration decides on extensions of stay.

3. arrival and departure

The booked pitch is available to you from 14.00 on the day of arrival and must be left in perfect condition by 12.00 on the day of departure at the latest. If your arrival is significantly delayed, please inform us. If you do not notify us, we can only keep the stand free until 7 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival and must then allocate it to someone else without compensation. In the event of early departure or departure on your own account, the full fee will be charged.

4 Fees and prices

If there are no special offers confirmed by us, the annual price list applies. This can be viewed at reception and can be handed out to you at any time on request. The municipality of Burg charges a visitor's tax. The annual fee is payable on departure.

5.visitors

Day visitors are welcome at any time and can use our facilities without restriction. Fees are charged according to the current price list. These must be paid on arrival. Campers are liable for their visitors and are responsible for ensuring that they leave the site (if no overnight stay is registered) by 10.00 pm at the latest without being asked to do so.

6 Cancellation

You can cancel your booking at any time. In your own interest and to avoid misunderstandings, the withdrawal must be declared in writing, unfortunately it is not possible by telephone. The date of withdrawal is determined by the date on which we receive the declaration of withdrawal. You can be replaced by a third party until the start of your booking. If you withdraw from your booking, we can charge a reasonable compensation according to BGB:
