This amount will be credited to your final bill. Please pay the remaining balance at the reception on the day of departure.

2. Site Preferences

We will consider your site preferences within our camping grounds as far as possible and subject to availability. However, we must reserve the right to make the final site allocation. Please arrange extensions of stay proactively and in good time at the reception. Only the campsite management decides on extensions of stay.

3. Arrival and Departure

Your booked pitch is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated in perfect condition by 12:00 PM at the latest on the day of departure. If your arrival is significantly delayed, please inform us. If we receive no notification, we can only hold the pitch until 7:00 PM on the agreed arrival day and must then allocate it to others without compensation. In case of early departure, whether voluntary or due to expulsion, the full fee will be charged.

4. Fees and Prices

Unless there are special offers confirmed by us, the annually valid price list applies. This can be viewed at the reception and can be handed out to you at any time upon request. The municipality of Burg charges a visitor’s tax. The annually valid amount is to be paid upon departure.

5. Visitors

Day visitors are always welcome and can use our facilities without restrictions. Fees will be charged according to the valid price list. These must be paid upon arrival. The camper is liable for their visitors and is responsible for ensuring that they leave the site (if no overnight stay is registered) by 10:00 PM at the latest without being asked.

6. Cancellation

You can withdraw from your booking at any time. In your own interest and to avoid misunderstandings, the cancellation must be declared in writing; unfortunately, it is not possible by telephone. The receipt of the cancellation declaration by us is decisive for the time of cancellation. Until the start of your reservation, you can be replaced by a third party.
