General Terms and Conditions
of Kneipp and Adventure Camping “An den Spreewaldfließen”

We are pleased to welcome you and therefore make the following General Terms and Conditions part of your contract:

1. Booking Conditions

For contractual services, only the descriptions and prices in the printed materials valid for your period of stay apply. Telephone information, collateral agreements, and other assurances, regardless of their nature, are only part of the contract if confirmed by us in writing.
Reservations are recommended due to limited pitch availability. For this, we request a 20% deposit for each tent pitch, motorhome pitch, and comfort pitch to our

Spreewaldbank e.G.

This amount will be credited upon checkout. Please pay the balance at reception.

2. Pitch Preferences

We will consider your preferred pitch location within our campsite, subject to availability. However, we reserve the right to make the final decision on pitch allocation. Extensions of stay must be requested proactively and in good time at the reception. Only the campsite management decides on extensions of stay.

3. Arrival and Departure

The booked pitch is available to you from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest on the day of departure, in perfect condition. If your arrival is significantly delayed, please let us know. If we are not notified, we can only hold the pitch until 7:00 PM on the agreed day of arrival and will then have to reallocate it to someone else without compensation. In the event of early departure, whether on your own initiative or due to being asked to leave the site, the full fee will be charged.

4. Fees and Prices

Unless special offers confirmed by us are in place, the annually valid price list applies. This can be viewed at the reception and can be provided to you upon request at any time. The municipality of Burg levies a visitor’s tax. The annually valid amount is to be paid upon departure.

5. Visitors

Day visitors are always welcome and can use our facilities without restriction. Fees will be charged according to the valid price list. These must be paid upon arrival. The camper is liable for their visitors and is responsible for ensuring that they leave the site (if no overnight stay is registered) by 10:00 PM at the latest, without being prompted.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your booking at any time. In your own interest and to avoid misunderstandings, the cancellation must be declared in writing; telephone cancellations are unfortunately not possible. The receipt of the cancellation declaration by us is decisive for the timing of the cancellation. You may arrange for a third party to take over your booking until the start of the reservation period. If you cancel your booking, we may charge reasonable compensation according to the German Civil Code (BGB):

Up to 6 weeks before arrival date – no charge
Up to 30 days before arrival date – 50% of the total cost of the booked stay
Up to 14 days before arrival date – 65% of the total cost of the booked stay

Up to 8 days before arrival date – 80% of the total cost of the booked stay

A processing fee of 10 Euros applies to deposit refunds.
Rebookings are free of charge within the booking year.

If you do not arrive without informing us, or if you cancel your booking only on the day of arrival, or if you only partially use services without a case of force majeure, impossibility, or deficient performance, we reserve our full claim to the booking price.

7. Liability

Camping guests are only liable for damages they cause themselves, which are based on gross negligence or intent. We do not assume liability for parked vehicles.

8. House Rules

The campsite management holds the right of domicile. Their instructions must be followed immediately in all cases. They are also entitled to refuse admission to persons (even if a prior registration exists) or to expel them from the site if this appears necessary due to violations of the campsite rules or in the interest of other camping guests.

Children under 14 years of age may only camp when accompanied by a legal guardian or group leader with official identification. For children or adolescents aged 14 to 18, written permission from a legal guardian is sufficient.

The place of jurisdiction is Cottbus
